Taylor grew up in Launceston and spent a lot of her time enjoying fresh produce, which was grown on her family farm, and having fresh seafood collected during visits to the East Coast of Tasmania. This is where her interest in learning more about food and how it can improve health and wellbeing started.
She was interested in finding the credible and accurate information about nutrition and that led her to study of a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics and ultimately becoming a nutrition expert.
